This is a real report, written for someone who said she is the one everyone talks to.
Free to read, in full structure. Nothing is hidden about what you would be buying.
What is inside every report
Each report is written from what you actually said, read through established work in attachment, self-worth and emotion research — then rebuilt around your case, not a template. Written by an AI. It is a reading, not a psychological assessment.
Where you are right now. Your current state named in one sentence, with how far along it is — not "you seem tired."
The knot, named plainly. One sentence that says what is actually going on, without softening it into something vague.
What you didn't say. Two to four specific things you do that you never mentioned — read from what you did write. If one is wrong, skip it; nothing here is a claim about your past.
What this is called. The name psychologists give this pattern, who found it, and how it is showing up in your case. One concept, not a glossary.
Where the pattern was formed. Not a diagnosis — a plausible account of when this way of coping started being useful.
The loop. How it repeats: the trigger, the move you make, the relief, and the cost that arrives later.
What it is protecting. The thing the pattern is quietly keeping safe. This is usually the part people have never put into words.
What's ahead. Where this goes if nothing changes, what shifts if one thing does, and the direction that would cost you less — read from your pattern, not from fortune-telling.
What you can actually do. Three concrete actions — one for today, one for this week, one for the moment it happens again — each with why it works.
A letter from Hanbitna. Written to you, not about you.
The full report adds three repeating loops (relationships, spending, skin). The single-knot report covers items 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, and 10. The compatibility reading (You & Them) is built differently — it has its own seven parts: the two axes (how each of you walks into the relationship), which way they lean (what settles them and what closes them off), the pull (why it is this person), where you clash, the loop between you, your pair type, and one next step you can take today.

SAMPLE · ONE KNOT
The knot
You are not tired of people. You are tired of being the version of yourself that people find easy. Those are different problems, and only one of them gets solved by resting.
The loop
Someone starts talking. You make room, because making room is the thing you are good at and because the alternative feels like being difficult. They leave lighter. You go home carrying what they set down, and you do not hand it to anyone, because there is no one cast in that role for you.
The relief is real: nobody was disappointed in you today. The cost arrives about an hour later, usually somewhere quiet.
What it is protecting
Being easy is not politeness here. It is a way of making sure you are never the one who needs handling. Somewhere along the line you learned that the person who needs things is the person who gets left, so you became the one who does not need anything —
